Help plan the Malachi Run/Walk by assisting with event promotion, communications, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

Promote the event via social media and email campaigns.
Update and maintain the event website.
Respond to email inquiries from participants and sponsors.
Assist in creating the Event Book, including gathering and proofreading content.
Communicate with sponsors to confirm deliverables and maintain relationships.
Support other planning tasks as needed.

Bring the energy and cheer on the runners at the Cheer Squad location in front of, Emphirical Sound, 1234 E 26th Street, Cleveland, OH 44114. Emphirical Sound provides a huge speaker system which blasts music. This is a fun job!

Course Marshal for 2 Mile Course High Priority

Details

Under the supervision of the race operations staff, the 2 mile course marshals will direct participants to one side of the road so the outbound and inbound participants are separated and not bumping into one another.  The course marshals will report to the Volunteer Table and get a safety vest. The course marshals will be located on the bridge and on West 9th street at 9:00 the time of the start of the 2 mile run.  This assignment will be over promptly by 9:30 as all the outbound participants will be off the bridge and West 9th by that time.
